Just Plane Ribs
A sheet of 1/16" balsa, laser cut with 24 ribs that make a 3" chord wing. Just the thing for building Bostonians, Embryos, or simply experimenting and having fun.
There are 20 ribs with lightening holes and 4 solid ribs. They use a 1/16" square leading edge and spar with a 1/16" X 1/8" trailing edge. The airfoil is one I developed at the request of Dave Gee for Bostonians, and we have both been using it successfully several years.
Keep a couple of sheets in your parts box. You never know when the urge to build something this size may hit.
