Puzzle Plane
The Puzzle Plane is the Sky Battle 2023 contest model. The flying surfaces are assembled from six basic shapes that interlock together like a jigsaw puzzle. It looks strange but flies amazingly well. Depending on how fast the the glue you use to assemble it dries you can have it flying in a few minutes to an hour.
A note on the covering: The prototypes were plastic covered, If you select plastic covering (It's actually produce bag material.) you will need an adhesive like 3M 77 (TM) spray to attach it. If you prefer tissue, and are flying indoors, we recommend that you do not shrink the tissue.
